My Business Model and Bio

A little bit about me and my business model. 

My approach has always been more focused on Service Driven and not Product Driven - Relational Driven and not Transactional Driven.   My primary focus is building relationships that I can nurture by providing the very best customer service to meet my clients needs.   I find that when you meet a person's needs, and you do it with genuineness, what you have is the beginning of a beautiful relationship built on integrity, trust and mutual respect.  The rest comes naturally after the fundamentals have been met.

I enjoy being a part of so many families’ milestones.  It’s always very humbling to be a part of the journey, assisting in life goals, bridging the barriers of the concerns.  Some sales are motivated by happy events; some are motivated by life events.  

Real Estate is not just about the real estate property or that home, it’s about Lives of the individuals that own that property and home. Each sale has a story that connects to that person’s personal life and story.  Their motivation of why behind the transaction is the part of the sale I want to tap into.  This is what I mean by Service Driven not Product Driven. When that is accomplished, that is when a relationship is formed. 

Which brings me to my next goal, which is Relationship Driven and not just a Transaction Driven.  I want to earn your family trust. I want to be your go to Gal and I hope to become friends as we navigate through life and life goals together.

Here is a little bit about my career background. I became a realtor in 2009, I have been one of Remax Horizon’s  top producers, making the 100 Club Award yearly and making Top Agent Sales for my office 2 years in a row. I was the featured story in Executive Agent Magazine in 2016. I love what I do and I do it with great enthusiasm! 

As far as my personal background, I was born in the Philippines, moved to Riverside at age 5, I grew up watching this city expand and grow.  Riverside County has changed quite a bit since 1976 and this county is very rich in history.  I am grateful to have been a part of its growth and expansion.
